The construction for our latest new development Gwel Y Castell is now well underway. We have 58 new homes for sale with Phase One now on early release. In this first phase we have 3 bedroom bungalows, three and four bedroom family homes and three bedroom split level houses with fantastic views over to Conwy Castle. We also have 3 bedroom smaller town houses which have proved very popular on our other sites. Formally Albini School, Marl Drive, Llandudno Junction, Gwel Y Castell is a totally private, innovative development. We intend to create an exceptional environment forming a high quality landscaped entrance leading to a tree lined avenue estate road.
