First Time Buyers Get A Helping Hand With Beech Development

After the phenomenal success of our Show Home Open Weekend, with reservations being taken on the day Beech have devised helping hand scheme for first time buyer who don’t have quite enough deposit.

“Our three bedroom semi detached have always been a hugely popular house type especially with first time buyers but it’s so hard for them to raise the deposits required now in this climate” says Chris Lee Managing Director of Beech Developments. “To overcome this problem with offer either a 5% gifted deposit to boost the amount they already have or our private shared equity scheme. Both schemes have proved popular with various lenders and has led to the successful sale of several new homes to first time buyers and we really are happy to help”

Sales have been encouragingly strong at Gwel y Castell and we believe that this is definitely due to the 5% Gifted Vendors Deposit Scheme and the 10% Private Shared Equity Scheme that Beech exclusively offers to it’s first time buyers.

We have nearly completed Phase 1 and will be moving on to Phase 2 in June when we shall have an early bird open weekend. Due to popular demand we will be building three bedroom detached bungalows and larger 4 bedroom family homes with double garages. Artists impression of these will be released in May/June 2012.

Show Homes Now Open 7 Days A Week 11am – 5pm

Since our last blog, and having sold all of the properties at Gwel Yr Afon, Gwel Y Castell has gotten off to a flying start. In September work began in earnest on the first 10 properties to be built as a phenomenal six out of ten of these properties have already been sold off plan. The fabulous weather at the end of September speeded things up a bit and roads and pavements are beginning to take shape. Our new show homes open weekend is between the 17th and 19th of February so please come and join us for a some nibbles and a look around. The current ten houses on site are a complete selection of all of our house types and by the end of November all ten properties should have been finished inside and out and we will start work on the next ten properties. New Development in Llandudno Junction – Gwel Y Castell

April has been a busy month at Beech Developments. On April 18th Planning permission was granted at Gwel Y Castell for 58 new homes on the site of the old Albini School in Llandudno Junction where we had already started ground and entrance works. Mid April saw the first phase of the storm water drainage work being carried out. Visit our photo gallery to see this extraordinary work in progress. The progress at Gwel Y Castell is on schedule and on target for the beginning of the first foundations in May/June this year. A Show House will be opened at the end of August (see Jpeg 0296 in our gallery below which is the location of our first Show House), which is to be a 4 bedroom detached house with an integral garage. This is to be plot 53 which has fabulous far reaching and panoramic views from The Great Orme anti clockwise to Conwy Mountain, Conwy Castle and the Snowdonia Range of Mountains with the beautiful Marl Woods as a picturesque backdrop.
