Gwel Y Castell

Beech Developments have commenced ground work on our new site Gwel Y Castell, formally Albini School, Marl Drive, Llandudno Junction, a totally private innovative development.

We intend to create an exceptional environment forming a high quality landscaped entrance leading to a tree lined avenue estate road.

The site has current planning permission for 125 houses. In this first phase we are building a delightful mixture of 58 detached three and four bedroom homes, two bedroom semi detached bungalows and two/ three bedroom townhouses.
