VIEW HOME WEEKEND 24th – 26th Feb

Since our last blog, and having sold all of the properties at Gwel Yr Afon, Gwel Y Castell has gotten off to a flying start. In September work began in earnest on the first 10 properties to be built as a phenomenal six out of ten of these properties have already been sold off plan. The fabulous weather at the end of September speeded things up a bit and roads and pavements are beginning to take shape. Our new show homes open weekend is between the 17th and 19th of February so please come and join us for a some nibbles and a look around. The current ten houses on site are a complete selection of all of our house types and by the end of November all ten properties should have been finished inside and out and we will start work on the next ten properties.
