New Development in Llandudno Junction – Gwel Y Castell

April has been a busy month at Beech Developments. On April 18th Planning permission was granted at Gwel Y Castell for 58 new homes on the site of the old Albini School in Llandudno Junction where we had already started ground and entrance works. Mid April saw the first phase of the storm water drainage work being carried out. Visit our photo gallery to see this extraordinary work in progress. The progress at Gwel Y Castell is on schedule and on target for the beginning of the first foundations in May/June this year. A Show House will be opened at the end of August (see Jpeg 0296 in our gallery below which is the location of our first Show House), which is to be a 4 bedroom detached house with an integral garage. This is to be plot 53 which has fabulous far reaching and panoramic views from The Great Orme anti clockwise to Conwy Mountain, Conwy Castle and the Snowdonia Range of Mountains with the beautiful Marl Woods as a picturesque backdrop.
